This includes the following administrative tasks:- Preparation of support materials for presentations- Support in coordination of activities HR activities- Help to execute communication for WACAM related to Talent Management activities- Help with the coordination trainings/programs- Support with required data & reporting- Collecting data as needed- Support Talent Attraction pillar as needed in talent selection processes**Competencies**:- Business Administration or HR career in progress- Ability to work with Excel and power point effectively- Interpersonal Savvy - Relates well to all kinds of people in organization- Perseverance - does not give up until task is complete.
