This position is in charge of maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.What you will be doingSupport the good functioning of the hotel in order to improve the customer experienceMake minor and major repairs to the hotel equipment.Perform preventive maintenance procedures on a scheduled basis.Complete lists of daily, weekly and monthly reviews on the creation of equipment maintenance procedures and maintain a record of scheduled maintenance procedures.Ensure that all rooms are serviced according to standards.Notify your superiors of any damage, changes or malfunctions.Deal with customer complaints / requests with professionalism and patienceGuarantee the security of the property and its clients during the day and nightReport any irregularities in the property of Location ManagerSupport for the management of suppliers.What do you need for the roleExperience in security (2+ years)Surveillance skillsObjectivityEmotional ControlIntegritySafety ManagementLow and High Skill Wellness DeliveryStaff who are wellness-focused and have a passion themselves (or hold a qualification) can deliver a wellness activity in the location for our Luna Loyalty Program.
