A crucial aspect of your role will involve interacting with technology systems, with a specific focus on training others to utilize these systems and processes efficiently. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data, identifying meaningful patterns and trends, and translating these insights into actionable strategies. You should not only be proficient in executing repeatable processes but also demonstrate a commitment to maintaining the consistency and quality of our operations.Key job responsibilities• Perform in-depth analysis and make necessary adjustments to files according to customer specifications.• Allocate tasks to Account Representatives.• Collaborate with Program Managers to acquire expertise in tools and processes.• Maintain regular communication with Account Executives regarding the status of their requests and ensure accurate expectations are set.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:San Jose, SJ, CRIBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - Experience with Excel ( Formulas and nested formulas, data cleaning, VLOOKUP, Pivot tables)- Speak, write, and read fluently in EnglishPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Pricing selection experience- 1+ years of customer service experience
