Principal Program Manager

- Coordinate all aspects of the business for development and release of technologies, products, features, functions of Adobe Experience Platform
- Responsible to provide regular status reporting to senior executives and other stakeholders at a regular cadence
- Responsible for building the project schedule, and identifying dependencies with third parties and internal teams
- Implement process improvements and drive consistency across the geo distributed development organization with respect to adoption of development processes
- Build communicationframework to manage complex dependencies across multiple cross functional teams spanning multiple geos
- Effective usage of tools such as JIRA, Tableau, Confluence and leverage them to develop dashboards to communicate project status across organization.
- Responsible for establishing success criteria and measurable KPIs for various initiatives
- Responsible for managing tactical relationship with partners such as Microsoft and establish joint project plan to bring strategic initiatives to fruition
