Leads process councils and Per Angusta User Group to drive standardization and a robust multiyear pipeline of projectsWorks with corporate IT, PE Digital & Data, Procurement COE and other supporting functions to identify and implement automated solutions and other technology enablersBuilds positive relationships with finance and Group PMOs to ensure application of standard methodologies and reporting alignmentHow will you get here?Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in business, finance, engineering or scienceMinimum 5 years relevant experience, with strong financial competenceHigh level of English language proficiency (verbal and written)Strong proficiency in MS-Office tools (specifically, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and reporting; proficiency with Procurement systems preferredOutstanding financial and problem-solving skillsAbility to efficiently prioritize forums and coordinate communication with team membersExcellent interpersonal skills for structuring ideas in a clear and concise mannerProven track record with making recommendations on and delivering on assigned projectsAbility to influence without direct managementExperience in matrixed project managementRobust project management skills and capabilities (Gantt charts, dashboards, key deliverables, business case development)
