Product Manager JOB BRIEF We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Product Management team. This position will be responsible for the global components used by all features in our flagship product. WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU What you will do Become the subject matter expert for your features, acting as the primary resource for developers and QA engineers on the project. Collaborate with the Senior UX Designer to develop the component library. Develop business requirements by interviewing subject matter experts, clients, product managers, and other resources. Collaborate closely with development leads to ensure all proposed solutions are as reusable as possible. Consult on the functional UX of all reusable global components and how they are implemented throughout the application. Create annotated wireframes and feature specifications for your features. Schedule and lead feature kick-off meetings. Review project plans with developers for owned features based on architecture documents and manage the project to ensure features are developed, tested, and deployed on time. Review and revise deliverables with non- technical stakeholders, users, and development team on a regular basis. Create a feature sign off doc for your features, lead demos and collect sign off from all stakeholders. Demonstrate pragmatism and cost/benefit considerations in design decisions. Present proposed changes to stakeholders along with clearly communicated reasoning, backed up with UX-community research. Help enforce consistency and standard approaches across the application and product teams. Who you are Motivated, professional, and responsible. An excellent communicator. Customer-oriented and focus on quality customer experiences 3-5 years of experience on a product or engineering team Understands complex technical issues and can clearly communicate them to a wide range of stakeholders Passion about web application UX and UI best practices and standard conventions.
