Private equity owned by KKR, Travelopia is headquartered in the UK with offices and marine bases all over the world.**What's the position?**We are currently searching for a **Product Manager** to join our team, based in Costa Rica working partly remotely, partly from our office in San Jose. The Product Manager independently creates, manages, and continuously refines our travel experiences to our guests in Oceania and Latin America to support business growth and achieve high guest satisfaction. H/she continuously develops a suitable and competitive product offering, by understanding the existing and emerging needs of our target guest segments and analyzing our competition. H/she owns the product and price setup in our systems, selects suitable partners, drives negotiations of rates and specials, and manages partner relationships to help our company and partners work effectively with each other. As part of this, the Product Manager sets expectations, systematically measures the partners' performance, and intervenes in a timely and effective manner to course correct as needed.
