TransUnion's Job Applicant Privacy Notice**What We'll Bring**:Sr. Consultant, Credit Risk Solutions is responsible for TransUnion's core and alternative scores and attributes solutions and requires an interest in product and program management. You will contribute to product strategy formulation and executing strategic programs which support the horizontal product capabilities that serve all industry verticals at TransUnion. The Scores and Attributes team owns all the U.S. Credit Risk (FCRA-compliant) proprietary and 3rd-party scores and attributes at TransUnion.This role will participate in implementation of the product plan, including gathering voice of the customer, as well as engaging key stakeholders. You will also contribute to the product roadmap and manage strategic relationships and programs.You will help evolve fundamental capabilities and products to create market-leading, high-growth solutions. You will define the framework, based on the market's current and future needs, to fill in any product capability gaps needed for success. You will develop and appraise new product ideas to determine their potential to address customer needs and to achieve high revenue growth.This role will contribute to all phases of the product life cycle, from inception through introduction into the marketplace, working closely with Product Development, Operations, cross-functional support, and other go-to-market teams. In addition, this role will help in managing a significant number of existing Solutions in one of the largest portfolios in CRS.**What You'll Bring**:- 4 years of experience in product management or the Financial Services industry- Understanding of product management fundamentals- Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or another quantitative field.- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing in English throughout all levels of an organization.- Analytic mindset and approach to solving problems.- Strong collaborator with a problem-solving, design-thinking, customer-centric mindset; highly curious mindset- Exudes accountability and ownership and is passionate about the fundamental customer/consumer problem.- Solid organizational, project management, problem solving and decision-making skills with a high degree of comfort managing multiple assignments- Ability to write SQL to query databases and summarize data into insightful and actionable results- Ability to create and contribute to presentations for senior level leadership audiences- Experience creating Tableau dashboards a plus- Driven by intellectual curiosity and independent thinking with a positive "can do" attitude.- Strong written and verbal communication skills**Impact You'll Make**:- Contributes to business prioritization and product roadmap; helps develop business cases and rationale.- Will assist with market-focused analysis and understanding of changing dynamics in U.S. Credit- Monitors and analyzes product financials, KPIs, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape to identify gaps, weaknesses and opportunities in any part of product delivery- Manages overall product health including the product backlog, ongoing product support and product sunset strategies.
