We're looking for exemplary attention to detail and a commitment to working with honesty and integrity above all else.Main Responsibilities:Develops, owns, and executes product roadmaps, working with internal and external customers to analyze the needs and align to strategic goalsManage the relationship with stakeholders and end-users of the applications, anticipating and fulfilling their needs.Manage the product backlog and prioritize based on requirements, strategy, and business objectives.Drive the development of new features throughout the entire SDLCMonitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the processDevelop mitigation strategies for problem areas and escalate to key stakeholdersEnsure that project documentation is created and is maintainedLiaise with the product team and end-user to deliver updatesProvide leadership to the development teams to meet coding standards, estimation targets, and client expectationsConduct informal and formal feedback sessions for team members on their path to reaching career goals Requirements 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in Software Development EnvironmentsExperience being the main point of contact for stakeholders and managersExperience with Agile development methodologiesExceptional communication skills – written, oral, and presentation skillsAble to build consensus with staff at all levels of the organizationEmployee or peer management experience is requiredAbility to work with multiple projects and stakeholdersAbility to think strategically, conceptually as well as analyticalSome of our benefits:Work From HomeWe believe in hybrid work.
