Our seasoned leadership and dedicated global team of more than 2,500 is focused on shaping an exciting future for ZimVie — we hope you'll consider being a part of it!Job Summary:Principal Duties and Responsibilities:- Enters and retrieves complaint data as defined in applicable corporate or site procedures or as directed.- Creates compliant record(s) and as defined in the procedures.- Identifies and investigates solutions to procedure and process related issues.- Documents and maintains records in accordance with corporate and site specific procedures.- Monitors appropriate metrics to measure key perfomane indicators of the compliant unit.This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and may not necessarily comprise all of the "essential functions" for purposes of the ADA.Expected Areas of Competence (i.e., knowledge, skills, and abilities)- Good written, oral, and presentation communication skills.- Ability to consistently meet high standards of input accuracy, produce qualify documents, compile data, and perform simple analyses with accuracy.- Good decision making skills and proven ability in balancing priorities among the many ongoing tasks,and being responsive to ciritcal situations, as this position has a high volumn of work, regulatory mandated times limits, and often changing priorities.- Proven ability to work in a team setting.
