GPS is seeking a Production Designer (L3) with the ability to deliver clean, digital-ready designs based on existing style guides and brand guidelines in a fast-paced production environment.An online portfolio is required.Key job responsibilities- Create on-brand digital design solutions that meet business goals and project requirements.- Ensure design requirements are met in adherence with product/project guidelines.- Source key art and design product and promotional graphics.- Optimize digital images for web, mobile, big screen and other devices.- Help ensure quality control, while working closely with marketing stakeholders, design peers and quality specialist.- Has relentlessly high standards (is never satisfied with the status quo)- Collaboration with peers, partners and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, cohesive deliverables through the entire design process.- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.- Ability to deliver results in a fast paced environment.- Well-versed on Photoshop Artboards and other Creative Suite tools.- Thorough knowledge of design practices, tools, and standards.- Great compositional and typographical skills.- Demonstrates an understanding of visual hierarchy.
