As our facility continues to aggressively increase in productivity and lower its manufacturing costs, there is a need to recruit a Production Supervisor to ensure optimum utilization of manpower and materials.This position is responsible for the direction of assigned production resources to ensure optimum manufacturing performance with regard to minimizing cost and achieving the highest possible levels of quality and delivery in accordance with the approved business plan. Production Supervisor will be responsible for the managing of hourly direct labor associates in the assigned manufacturing areas and shift (absenteeism and delays).
