JOB POSTING/DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a Software Engineer who will be taking care of making sure our mobile products are delivered with the highest standards of quality to our customers. You will be taking care of the development process through all its phases in a Scrum based development cycle. From working together with the team to understand our customers' needs translated into user stories, to design and develop the features and their deployment to production environments. As a team member of an organization going through a digital transformation towards updated technologies and processes, you will be working in continuous initiatives to automate our processes and will be expected to be as cross functional as possible as the needs of the team require.In this position, you will:- Become an active member of a Scrum team.- Plan Sprint Work together with the team.- Design solutions to meet acceptance criteria of the committed stories.- Write mobile native code (for iOS and/or Android) to meet the design requirements.- Collaborate with the team in analysis, backlog grooming, code reviews.- Required to keep learning as tech stack evolvesAbout usRequired qualifications:- BA / BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.- 1 to 3 years of experience that includes exposure to full SDLC in a web and mobile development environment.- Problem-solving orientation- Interpersonal written and verbal communication skills in English- Adapt and follow company processes- Mobile development experience for iOS and/or Android- Swift/Objective-C and/or Java/Kotlin- Unit Testing- Mobile Design Patterns- Source Control experience (Git, TFS, etc)- JenkinsPreferred qualifications:- Hands on experience troubleshooting environment related problems and coordinating fixes with support teams.- Working experience with Agile / Scrum Framework.- Knowledgeable of the DevOps mindset- Experience with scripting (Ruby, Bash, Powershell, Python)- Experience working with Project Plan, Track and Release tools (e.g., Version One, JIRA, TFS)- Financial Services Industry knowledge- Experience working with large organizations- SOLID Principles- Fastlane- Test Driven DevelopmentWe are an equal opportunity employer/disability/vet.
