Professional, Web Development Ui/Ux Designer

We are looking a UI/UX Designer for the following duties and responsibilities:- Plan and implement new designs- Optimize existing user interface designs- Gather and evaluate product requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers- Create UI mockups and prototypes (low and high fidelity) for new product ideas/features- Conduct design presentations to product managers- Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX problems- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images- Test new design in terms of accessibility to comply with ADA guidelines- Design and test standard UI elements/components and its respective alternatives for different layouts.Our UI/UX Designer should have the following requirements and qualifications:- 2-3 years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role- UI design portfolio- Bachelor's degree in relevant field- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate directly with Product managers, developers and other designers- Ability to discuss and explain design ideas- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma and Sketch- Knowledge in version control using Abstract (Nice to have)- Experience problem solving skills and methodologies as Atomic Design, Design Thinking among others- Knowledge in agile methodologies like Scrum and tools like Jira (Nice to have)- Knowledge in Accessibility and Usability principles- Knowledge in create and maintain Design Systems
