**Overview**We are a boutique Marketing & Sales Enablement Agency focused on customers in the Information Technology & Telecommunications space. Our growing agency needs a motivated and experienced Program Manager to oversee client campaigns and programs. The role will require regular, proactive, and value-added communication with clients and internal team members to deliver programs and campaigns on time and on budget.**Duties and Responsibilities**- Support the design of best-in-class marketing and sales enablement solutions for clients based on their goals and objectives- Participate in brainstorming and pitch sessions to deliver fresh and innovative ideas to clients- Support the creation and presentation of customer proposals- Project-manage all aspects of the client's marketing campaigns and programs- Coordinate with internal team members to manage the production of deliverables to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget- Vet all material prior to sending to clients to ensure that it addresses the defined requirements and liaise with team members to address any discrepancies- Respond to client requests and concerns with a sense of urgency- Develop exceptional relationships with key stakeholders in our key accounts- Communicate progress and milestones with the agency CEO and other team members- Assist with research and presentations for new business development as necessary- Embrace thought leadership by staying up-to-date on industry news, technology trends and best practices- Manage agency resources with profitability and efficiency in mind**Qualifications & Experience**- Associates degree in marketing, business, or a related field- 3+ years of marketing/project management experience (marketing agency experience would be an asset)- Proficient with Microsoft Office & Adobe Creative Suite- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills- Fluent in English (Spanish would be an asset)- Project Management Certification**Skills & Behaviours**- An exceptional work ethic and the willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done while maintaining a supportive, empowering, and positive attitude- A proven track record of account/program management experience- Takes initiative to innovate and solve problems without direct supervision and/or direction- A keen attention to detailWe're looking forward to hearing from you!**Salary**: ¢1,000,000.00 - ¢1,500,000.00 per month**Education**:- Associate (preferred)**Experience**:- Marketing: 3 years (preferred)- Project Management: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)- Spanish (required)License/Certification:- Project Management Certification (preferred)
