**OTSI** (**Object Technology Solutions, Inc**) has an immediate opening for a Program Manager V**PROGRAM MANAGER V (REMOTE/HYBRID)****MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES**:- You will prepare and input Qtr'ly plans and forecasts in our Planning tool- You will provide weekly budget updates to the Leadership team and present risks and opportunities to programs- You will review spend and make sure approved spend is as per budget- You will be responsible to complete close tasks as per quarterly schedule- You will be the key point of contact to manage queries and reporting requests from the various stakeholders- Interact with multiple teams such as SEIS, Finance, Legal, etc. to report the program spend for the different budgets- You will drive efficiencies in our processes through standardization- You will have a proven track record of being able to understand trends and patterns in Marketing investment behaviour- Performe quarter-end reconciliations vs Finance reports to ensure spend alignment- Support the claiming and reporting process of the Intel funds.- Drive aligment and across the Geos to provide a holicts reports of the Development Funds utilization- This role is key to support business growth and operational efficiency**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**- Should have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience, in marketing operations roles and marketing budget/plan management- Experience with data-driven integrated marketing planning processes and budget allocation- Proven track record managing complex budgets and planning process at multiple levels with varying inputs from corporate and functional teams- Must like to "work with numbers".
