Project Manager Foundational Key Responsibilities: Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives for moderately complex projects through research and fact:finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry standards.
Independently analyzes business client needs, documents requirements, defines and analyzes enhancements and derives test cases.
Translates business requirements into technical solutions; facilitates communication between business units and IT. Considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment; identifies risks.
Identifies system problems through user acceptance testing and develops solutions; tests systems to ensure projects meet requirements.
Utilizes good understanding of business analysis procedures and concepts and basic knowledge of other technical areas. Applies good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing objectives.
Makes evaluative judgments based on analysis of information; resolves problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and guided by precedents. Exchanges ideas and information in a concise and logical manner.
Knowledge/Experience:
Experience in project management during which a structure approach (methodology) was applied to project planning, estimating, monitoring and reporting through the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure.
Management of multiples technology projects simultaneously with a proven track record of delivery and implementing change.
An understanding of application development would be beneficial, but not essential.
Experience of working in virtual teams, working remotely or for a remote manager is an advantage.
Experience working in a medium to large:scale corporation is an advantage.
Advanced Excel experience, and knowledge in word, PowerPoint, Visio and Project.
English language required.
Project financial management experience.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in technology, business or other engineering career.
