Description o Manage multiple, concurrent, cross-functional initiatives to ensure business results are achieved.o Defines program roadmaps, goals and KPIs with input from the program stakeholder. Outlines key deliverables and identifies resources required to execute the program.o Coordinates execution of projects and programs ensuring that execution is aligned with strategy, customer-focused and in line with stakeholder expectations.o Coordinates day-to-day activities to drive successful project execution – ensures team members and third-party contractors deliver projects according to the plan.o Oversees quality control through the project.o Owns overall project communications, escalates risks and manages the issue resolution process.o Identifies issues and risks on a timely basis; works with team members to define options to mitigate risks and implement processes to mitigate risk.o Communicates regularly with project and other key stakeholders.o Facilitates decision-making and project progress.o Supports stakeholders in the development of business cases for investment decisions.o Develops trusted partnerships with stakeholders by collaborating and delivering on common goals.o Adopts PMO best practices and methodologies that support the goals of Transunion.Impact You'll Make:Qualifications/Educationo BA/ BS in Computer Science, Business or Engineering.o Agile and or SAFe certification preferred.o At least 5 years of experience in product management, strategic planning and/or program management.o Project Management Methodology (PMP) or equivalent is nice to have.o Experience in business case development and financial modeling and management.o At least 3 years hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.TransUnion Job TitleLead, Project Management
