Project Management Services Manager

Reporting to the Network Head of RSS Project Management (RPM), in this position your accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Successful Project Support Services:

- Coordinate Project Management activities, resources, logistics and information

- Support the Senior Project Support Services Manager with development of the Business Case.

- Track and analyse risks, opportunities, issues and dependencies

- Monitor, record and report Project status.
- Support project health checks as required

- Ensure the use of fit-to-purpose project methodologies

- Liaise with Portfolio Management assisting the project perspective, particularly regarding the topics of project status and resource allocation

You possess the following qualifications, experience and personal attributes:

- Appropriate University degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience.

- Work experience within Project Management / Coordination and/or
exposure to Agile methodology, rules and practices; along with frameworks like Scrum and Kanban

- Solid organizational and time management skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to present and work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders

- Experience in coordinating and combining multiple streams of project information and activities

- Experience working in a global and matrixed organization

- Ability to work independently and self-organise as well as be a team player

- Self-driven, adaptable and resilient, with a growth mindset
