**OTSI****Object Technology Solutions, Inc**) has an immediate opening for a Project Manager IVPROJECT MANAGER IV (HYBRID/HEREDIA)MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:- Assist senior project manager with tasks involving workplace software projects, including responding to queries, updating project data and preparing presentations.- Develop, maintain and monitor project plans which have schedules, dependencies and timelines.- Develop and maintain RAID logs for a given project.- Attend project meetings, take meeting minutes and actions and conduct follow ups as needed.- Coordinate schedules and organize project meetings.- Report on projects' progress.- Act as technical advisor to other Workplace teams.SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:- Proficiency in English.- Take directions from senior project manager.- Proficient in O365 products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams).- Proficiency in analyzing and solving problems related to projects and existing Workplace tools.- Ability to interface with internal and external groups, including external vendors.About usFounded in 1999 and headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas, OTSI offers global reach and local delivery to companies of all sizes, from start-ups to Fortune 500s.
