Your analytical skills will be key to assist your stakeholders and continuously improve existing processes.**Responsibilities**:- WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE- Daily contact with Brazil Suppliers and internal stakeholders for financial commitments, taxes, planning and any other support related with the PTP process.- Analyze vendor invoices to make sure they have the correct amount and tax rate to be calculated.- Status control of all invoices and follow up related to Supply Chain team in Brazil.- Validate information and create requests for POs related to Freight extra costs.- Generate reports to inform the freight vendors when the invoice can be submitted (Brazil and Mexico).- Review all process from EDI tax register to get the correct amount for accounting to complete tax collection- PTP KPI analysis control.- Identify process improvement areas and drive efficiencies (Quality products)- Attend corporate and BES trainings.- Support with process controls, internal and external audit.- Work on PTP migration tasks when required.Skills and Experience- SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY- Knowledge of supply chain activities.- Previous AP and/or procurement experience- Understanding of Brazil national l.gistical and taxable operation is a plus.- Ability to prioritize daily work- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated team player.- Strong work ethic, willing to go the extra mile.- Strong analytical, diagnostic, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills- Strong customer service- Highly structured on the daily work/ time management.- Ability to support stakeholders with technical questions- Good understanding of internal controls and ways of working.- PERSONAL QUALITIES - SHARE OUR FOUNDER'S PASSION AND ENTREPRENEURIAL FLAIR- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English and Portuguese.- Ability to present and interact with more senior levels in the organization- Positive attitude- Proactivity and urgency sense- Ability to work effectively and achieve results.- Process focused with an understanding of end-to-end business processes and their financial impacts.- Skilled at organizing and prioritizing multiple projects and resource constraints to optimize results.- Strong oral and written communication skills- Intermediate -Advanced Excel knowledge- IT Skills: Experience with SAP and SRM and Electronic invoices are a plus.Our cultureWe share the passion and entrepreneurial flair of our founder and are guided by our three culture pillars - Fearless, Family and Founders, they inspire our Primos to be the best they can be and drive us forward in all we do.
