We’re growing our LATAM operations and we are on the hunt for a QA Automation Engineer to join our growing team. We are a close-knit, fast-paced group so being a team player is crucial. If you aren’t afraid to push the envelope or get your hands dirty, keep reading!
Working in our Agile framework, our QA Automation Engineers are in charge of developing web and mobile automation frameworks that are scalable and easy to maintain and integrate into our CI pipeline.
In addition, our QA folks define and support user acceptance procedures, perform manual, exploratory, regression and document, track, and triage defects/bugs. All of which are nicely wrapped up in clearly written and actionable test reports and recommendations. Voila!
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in web and mobile (iOS and Android) test automation
- Experience creating Selenium Webdriver frameworks from scratch and building out test cases is essential
- Proficiency in Java / JavaScript programming languages
- Experience with Git and Gitflow
- Proficient with MacOS or other UNIX-like operating systemsNice to Have:
- Experience working with Appium and other mobile test frameworks is highly desirable
- Experience with continuous integration tools, i.e. Jenkins
- Experience with API level testing
- Experience with performance/load testing
- Agile-savvy (or we can teach you!)Soft Skills:
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter, able to work independently
- Ability to learn quickly and apply training
