Quality Analyst Ii

**Duties and Responsibilities**- Proven compliance on the responsibilities of _**_Quality Analyst I plus _**_the following additional functions: _- Complete specific tasks as assigned for Process Improvement Projects.- Optimizes work processes (i.e., tools developments, Power Bi Dashboards, etc.)- Creates Dashboards and provides Data Analysis- Functions as a Gatekeeper of specific processes for NA ESC's- Support coordinating the Customer Satisfaction process and reports- Assists the QM in the Audit Program process- Supports NA Quality Management to support QA processes. This includes but not limited to Project Team Satisfaction Survey- Perform other quality duties as assigned.**Qualifications**- Bachelor/Licentiate degree in Industrial Engineering- English B1/B2 - Intermediate level.**Working conditions**Working days and hours are based on business needs, but will include after hours and holidays, as necessary to ensure the success of the business.Travel for short periods may be required.
