Our team in Heredia currently has an opening for a R2R Senior Analyst > YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Senior Analyst, General Ledger Record to Report (R2R)Perform transactionalactivities that enable the accounting and finance activitiesUpdate and maintaingeneral ledger accounting journalsSupport monthly and annualclose processesReconcile accounts withthe general ledger to ensure that all entries are accurate and in compliancewith accounting standards and make changes where necessary when errors arefoundPrepare analytic reportsand/ or accounting schedulesAdhere to agreed servicelevels, company policies and proceduresIdentify repetitive issuesor risks and propose on improvement opportunities YOUR PROFILE Advanced knowledge/ use of ERP,consolidation/reporting tools (Hyperion, SAP-SEM) and office productivity tools(MS Office etc.)Excellent leadership and managementskillsVery good professional understanding ofFinance & Accounting processes and respective technical solutionsGood verbal and written communicationskills in EnglishOver 3 years of workexperienceIndustry or sharedservices experience is an added advantageOUR OFFER >
