Key attributes of this role include:- Self-motivated with proven leadership and organization skills- Knowledge, insight, and experience in financial accounting- Experience in handling high volume account portfolios and balancing multiple priorities- Ability to work in culturally diverse teams- Customer focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to leverage and build on ERP skills to ensure operational excellence and service quality- Main Responsibilities:- Act as single point of contact for day-to-day activities of FA Lead Associate related to FA Accounting activities such as- Process and support General Ledger (GL) journal entries postings, FA account review, maintenance and analysis, FA master data change requests, FA reconciliations, foreign exchange adjustments and corporate required accounting- Process and support monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities including completion of sub-ledger postings, sub-ledger lockdown, posting to GL, FA to SL reconciliation and aging analysis.- Process and support the execution of activities related to internal and external audit requirements- Provide support for periodic internal and external reports and support ad hoc data request from management or markets- Responsible for compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level agreements (SLAs)- Work closely with local accounting teams to resolve discrepancies, issues and queries for related accounting issues in a timely manner by escalating to the R2R Process Delivery Lead as required- Support Global Process Owner (GPO) to identify and implement process improvement initiatives and best practices- Ensure robust compliance environment with SOX, internal controls, accounting policies and procedures- Support FA Lead Associate on special requests- Experience, Skills, Knowledge:- Undergraduate degree in Finance / Accounting- Professional accountancy qualification (preferred, not required)- 1-3 years' experience working in accounting positions and managing a small staff of accountants- Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Access) and hands on experience with ERP systems- Previous experience working in large multinational firm or Animal Health / Pharmaceutical industry (preferred, not required)- Strong written and oral communication skills- Proficiency in English and applicable local language(s)- );- We Offer:- Competitive salary and benefits package (private healthcare and insurance, Meal allowance, Parking, corporate events for employees)- Asociación Solidarista- Professional and supportive working environment- Co-funding of professional qualifications and program Tuition reimbursement- Possibility to work remotely from home on selected days- Modern office space with Doctor's office- Exposure to a dynamically growing leader of the global animal health-care segmentFull time
