About the Role:
Technician that supports engineers in the timely research, design, and development of products. Under limited supervisory direction, assist R and D engineers/teams in the development and analysis of products, processes and equipment, with the objective of meeting busienss goals in terms of safety, quality, service and cost. Follows established quality system and procedures during product development. Creatively works to develop products with the highest quality and reliability possible. Provides guidance to other support personnel such as technicians.
Your Responsibilities Include:
:Hands:on, action:oriented, with good experimental work habits.
:Support R and D Engineers/team explore and propose creative solutions based on solid rationales and contribute to design and process concepts
:Assists R and D engineer/team in equipment and process development (e.g., fixtures, process mechanization, and automation activities
:Assists R and D team with writing equipments qualification protocols and performing equipment qualifications (Process Changes).
:Collects and organizes design capability and product performance data
:Facilitates design change product builds and/or coordinates pilot product builds.
:Analyze data and prepares complete product test reports.
:Maintain complex test equipment, train staff on its operations, and schedule necessary calibration or preventative maintenance
:Use internal resources and qualified external vendors to assist engineering teams to identify and obtain supplies and services
:Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.

:Univertisty studies in Electrical/Electronic or related Engineering (at least 75 completed)
:English Level required: B2:(70:79)
:1 year or more in current position
