**Regional Capacity Building Specialist****(Full time; 40 hours; San Jose, Costa Rica or Ciudad de Guatemala, Guatemala)**Oikocredit International is looking for a Regional Capacity Building Specialist (40 hours) to be based in San Jose, Costa Rica or Ciudad de Guatemala, Guatemala. This position will be temporary for a year, with posibilities to become permanently and will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing the implementation and profiling of CB programs which will mark Oikocredit' s differentiated offer and positioning as a social impact investor within the impact investing landscape.The Capacity Building (CB) Unit is part of the Department of Specialized Finance and Community Building.
