Overview: We're seeking an experienced Internal Global Compliance Lead ready to be responsible for the design and establishment of an Internal Governance system and program to monitor organizational health and ensure compliance with internal and/or external policies, procedures, and standards. The Internal Global Compliance Lead will play a strategic role in developing, implementing, and supporting the internal compliance framework. They will design risk and control systems and the annual audit plan, with a focus on the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations and processes.You'll be key in the implementation of remediation plans and process implementations and improvements as an outcome of audit findings while acting as an interlock between various internal partner stakeholders and functions. Join our global team of experts and grow your IT career with us.**Responsibilities**:- Design, implement, and maintain the internal governance system and program to effectively audit the organizational compliance and rigor with regards to established business processes and standards. Act as a global expert and contact point for Internal Business Processes (SOPs), Policies and Procedures. Drive compliance across the organization and act as an escalation point for systemic compliance issues.- Assess the organization for potential risks related to rules and regulations, policies, and procedures, and then make recommendations to minimize those risks.- Establish and maintain a system or process used for reviewing and updating SOPs/Procedures/Policies, ensuring effective communication and change management plan, maintaining audit trails, and proving compliance to internal standards and guidelines.- Solve problems by evaluating internal processes and considering how they adhere to established standards. Perform situational appraisal and RCA, providing recommendations on improvement actions, and facilitating and supporting execution.- Partner with the corporate teams to ensure the effective landing and adoption of process and policy changes, tools, and reporting.- Ongoing research to stay current with industry standards as far as compliance management/control is concerned.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Information Technology, or related field.- Minimum of 7-10 years of related experience - Compliance Officer/Manager and Quality Assurance, etc. Including navigating diverse virtual cross functional teams.- Relevant Certification(s) and experience with Industry Standards (ISO/COPC/TSIA, etc.)- Experience with conducting or supporting Internal or Client Audits, and with implementation of Governance Program, Audit methodology, and annual audit plans.- Strong knowledge of industry processes, standards, & regulations.- Risk Assessment & Control, Change Management experience.- Analytical mindset with excellent cross-functional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.- Ability to travel 25-50% internationally.
