Regulatory Compliance Analyst, is considered an ITC User/ Individual Contributor "Any individual within the organization who interacts with ITC controls"**General Responsibilities**:**Primary responsibilities as ITC User**:- Completes required ITC training- Adheres to functional/department/site ITC requirements and/or procedures- Escalates ITC concerns to applicable Gatekeeper and/or ITC Manager/Leader**Specific responsibilities in the position**- Conduct Restricted Party Screening and analyze potential matches.- Conduct end use, end user and anti-boycott screening with Emerson authorized tools, and release orders and shipments export holds, and import holds on their behalf if required.- Performing audits of import and export documentation on behalf of Emerson entities, ensure that corrective actions are taken.- Create and maintain performance metrics.- Conduct basic analysis of transactions and reports based on U.S import and export programs.- Support the import HS classification process for entities in the U.S- Request of annual Certificates of Origin from suppliers, track of certificates received and accuracy review.- Follow distributors to complete the Due Diligence Questionnaire into Oracle Checkpoint- Maintain the proper record keeping for activities mentioned.**Competencies**:**Action Oriented**:readily takes action on challenges, without unnecessary planning; Identifies and seizes new opportunities, displays a can-do attitude in good and bad times; steps up to handle tough issues**Collaborates**:works cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives; represents own interests while being fair to others and their areas; partners with others to get work done; credits others for their contributions and accomplishments; gain trust and support of others.**Customer focus**:gains insight into customer needs; identifies opportunities that benefit the customer; builds and delivers solutions that meet customer expectations; establishes and maintains effective customer relationships.**Communicates effectively**:is effective in a variety of communication settings: one on one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels; Attentively listens to others; adjusts to fit the audience and the message; provides timely and helpful information to others across the organization; encourages the open expression of diverse ideas and opinions.**Minimum Education/Knowledge Required**:Technical High School Diploma in Customs Administration or Logistics; enrolled in Customs / Trade Administration-related college program.Intermediate knowledge in Customs & Trade Terminology (valuation, country of origin, incoterms, commercial invoice, and freight documentation)Good communication both verbal and written in English (Minimum B1)Additional foreign languages is a plus.Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.**Experience Required**:6 months to 1 year in a work environment, working with internal or external customers
