Regulatory Compliance Analyst La

**Major Duties/Responsibilities**:- Specific responsibilities in the position but not limited to:- Conduct Restricted Party Screening and analyze potential matches.- Conduct Dynamic Screenings- Conduct end use, end user and anti-boycott screenings with Emerson authorized tools, and release orders on their behalf if required.- Certificates of Origin review and approval- Performing audits of import, post payment and export documentation for Emerson entities in Latin America- Maintain import and export classification databases for entities in Latin America- Support Trade Compliance Program Specialist on any query or activity assigned (Provide trainings, conduct self-audits, etc.)- Release Export Holds- Procedure's maintenance & updates.- Support the Trade Compliance Program for any Latin America offices in activities such as:- Archer maintenance.- Program verification process- Self-audit process- Maintenance of the Gatekeepers database and Organizational chart.- ICQ'S quartely certification.- Answer any Trade Compliance escalations received from gatekeepers & ITC Users.**Minimum Education/Knowledge Required**:- Bachelor's degree in Customs administration, Foreign Affairs, or international commerce- Knowlegde in Customs & Trade Terminology (Import classification, valuation, country of Origin, incoterms, commercial invoice, and freight documentation)- Good communication both verbal and written in English (intermediate - advanced)- Portuguese intermediate Level ( plus)- Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.- Knowledge in Power BI is a plus- Knowledge in Free Trade Zone is a plus.**Experience Required**:1-2 years' experience in Customs administration, logistics, international trade
