We are looking to hire a Reporting Specialist to join our team that could contribute to the development and maintenance of the performance reporting process across Bold Business. This role is responsible for creating, updating and maintaining the accuracy of performance dashboards and lead analytics efforts as required.**Responsabilities**:- Leads the analysis of business requirements in order to design and organize data models to convert raw data into actionable insights- Works to establish and/or maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards and metrics reporting necessary for project success- Assists in client implementations to set up the same. How you execute and deliver is up to you**Requirements**:- Must have at least 3 years working experience as a Reports Analyst- Must be proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Excel and Office, in order to store data, create reports, produce schedules and perform other tasks.- Knowledge or relevant experience with Business Intelligence (BI) dashboard solutions and/or Analytics tools.- Knowledge or relevant experience in connecting data sources to Business Intelligence (BI) dashboard solutions and/or Analytics tools via API preferred- Must possess analytical and statistical skills essentially for reviewing large data sets, analyzing data, and making appropriate recommendations for improvement- Must be able to work independently as well as function effectively as a member of a team- Quick learner, extremely organized, and detail-oriented with a proven process of how to manage multiple tasks at once- Strong English speaking and writing skills- A Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not required)**About Us**Bold Business is a remote-first, global outsourced-solutions company with over $7B in service solutions over the past 25 years.
