**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:As a Research Associate within BCG's Data and Research Service (DRS) function, you will form an integral part of our Americas DRS team. Through the delivery of secondary research, you will contribute to BCG's client work and knowledge base by supporting proposals, client cases and business or internal development initiatives.BCG's Health Care Practice Area offers a broad range of consulting services across four key sectors: "Biopharma," "Medical Devices and Technology," "Health Care Payers, Providers, Systems, and Services (PPSS)," and "Global Health." Our expert consultants work with clients to unlock innovation and bring new medicines to market faster, assess priorities and strengths, innovate core business areas, maximize innovation, and improve patient outcomes. You will also guide outsourcing partners in their research analysis and do quality assuranceSeeking professional development- You will welcome the opportunity to grow and learn in an apprenticeship culture where you can quickly build and expand your research knowledge base to the next levelCommunicating with confidence and ease- You will be a clear and confident communicator, able to deliver messages in a concise manner with a positive disposition and you will help build a loyal customer base for DRS**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:- Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Medicine, Biology, Microbiology, Analytical Chemistry, Medical Technology, or a related field.- 0-2 years relevant working experience or interest in the following topics: Health Care Medical Devices, Health Care Technology, Digital Health. DRS provides specialist research services to consulting teams and our Knowledge Team, taking deep pride in developing rapid and precise results.DRS works with both qualitative and quantitative data, conducting research and providing synthesized results from over 100 commercial sources, publicly available data, company and industry research, macro-economic, commodities and trade data.
