Retreat Developer

A unique brand-new property on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica is currently looking for a Retreat Developer, an entrepreneur-minded go-getter who is passionate about taking a from-scratch retreat center and turning it into a thriving profit-generating business. The role will need to : develop a clear marketing and sales strategy establish core market segments (several have already been developed) manage marketing, sales, and guest service This is the perfect opportunity for someone who: is self-motivated is personally accountable is hardworking is agile is mature can work independently (with support and feedback, positive and critical, from the owners).  have Hospitality experiences (highly preferred) Other assumed responsibilities: manage guest service including reservations, check-ins/outs (once the retreat is thriving) ensure guest satisfaction serve as general caretaker for the property The role offers: a base salary  an opportunity in unlimited commission potential live on the property in a private house/unit with a full kitchen  an initial 6-month commitment, and if it feels like a fit from both perspectives, an extended one-year+ stay .  Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further consideration.
