Safe Scrum Master - Hm

**SAFe Scrum Master (Remote)****Heredia, Costa Rica**SGF Global is looking for a SAFe Scrum Master, for IT enterprise in Heredia, Costa Rica.**Overview**:- The SAFe Scrum Master work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action._**Requirements**:- _Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field_- _Experience with the SDLC (less than 5 years)_- _Excellent communication skills, leadership competencies, and high level of emotional intelligence_- _Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment or good familiarity with the Agile methodologies_- _Experience in working in multi-team environment_- _Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experience._- _Prior insurance operations background (_Preferred)- _Technical documentation abilities (_Preferred)- _Advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban development methodology (_Preferred)- _Working knowledge of Agile Project Management Tools (_Preferred)- _Scrum Master certification (_Preferred)- _Previous experience planning and managing large projects (_Preferred)- _Prior experience in the health solutions industry (_Preferred)- _Working experience with IT teams (_Preferred)- English C1- Full time (8h)**Duties and Tasks**:- _The SAFe Scrum Master leads teams through work actions that can be completed within timeboxed iterations called sprints and tracks progress through 5-minute stand-up meetings._- _Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas._- _Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires mínimal direction and receives guidance where needed._- _Follows established guidelines/procedures._
