Are you up for it?**Responsibilities**:**Responsibilities**:- Utilizing consultative selling techniques to present key selling points, features and benefits while remaining focused on the customer's needs and expectations- Demonstrating persistence, overcoming objections, and striving to improve your skills and sales performance- Effectively communicating and building relationships with customers to provide a world-class customer experience- Consistently reaching monthly, quarterly, and annual Retainer and Aligner Sales objectives- Effectively executing the entire Retainer and Aligner sale approach from opening to closeQualifications:**It will really make us smile if you have**- French proficiency (intermediate to advanced) required.- English proficiency B2+ (Written and Speaking) required.- A self-starter personality that can thrive in the fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing start-up company.- Sales and/or customer service experience- Bachelor's degree, highly desirable- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both oral and written- Proficient typing and computer skills- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail- Smart, energetic, kind, sincere, patient and adaptable- Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, Saturdays and occasional holidaysCompany Profile:SmileDirectClub was founded on a simple belief: everyone deserves a smile they love.
