Funciones
Description
A registered sales assistant who has solid working experience in a wealth management or financial advisory practice. Works directly with a Financial Advisor to help increase productivity and revenue.
1.Support the production of the Financial Advisor by setting appointments for the Financial Advisor answering customers questions and describing investment products and services, as well as performing tasks of a clerical and/or administrative nature
2.Provide the customer with specific product information, research information or any other such information pertaining to securities transactions in which the customer wishes to perform, or is considering performing, through CFS.
3.Advise customers as to the status of orders or report trade prices to customers
4.Maintain an FINRA Compliant filing system with all records that are generated when stocks, bonds, and other types of investments are traded
5.Handle customer funds and securities, including electronic fund transfers or journals from a customer’s self-advisory account.
6.Communicate with customers in a positive manner both in person and/or by telephone.
7.Practice high quality service standards in all interactions with customers, prospective customers and personnel in other departments within the credit union
8.Plan, manage and follow through on events that drive and support business growth (seminars, client appreciation events, etc.).
9.Daily outbound calling on referrals, maturing certificates, IRAs, closed mortgages, webinars, seminars, etc…as defined by the Advisors and/or Program Manager to drive activity
10.Support less experienced sales assistants with coaching as needed
11.Supports/manages advisors’ Salesforce accounts, activities to ensure timely notes, activities are updated.
12.Supports/manages advisors’ Salesforce/Pardot communications by creating and/or uploading content for newsletters and articles. Sending and managing of email communications through Salesforce/Pardot as well.
13.Places trades in iRebal (TD Ameritrade trading tool) and advises clients on smaller investing questions and servicing Robo clients as needed. (Licensed Sales Assistant only)
Qualifications
•High School diploma or equivalent required
•Experience in a similar role in the Financial Services Industry is preferred, but we are open to other backgrounds
•Strong typing and computer skills, and the ability to quickly learn new software programs.
•Strong communication skills
•Ability to interact with others in a positive manner, both in person or by phone
•Exhibit an advanced level of performance, and require minimal supervision
•Ability to accurately and efficiently enter and update customer records
•Strong task orientation and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
•Fully capable in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
•Salesforce experience a plus
•Series 7 / 63 & 65, or 66 and Insurance license is optional (see additional task 13 above).
