You will work directly with our Co-Founders to support our sales efforts and help us achieve our growth goals. You will need a strong work ethic, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to quickly develop rapport with senior executives.**Responsibilities**:- Work directly with our Co-Founders to support our sales efforts- Make sales and marketing calls including cold calling (150/day), follow-up calls, setting appointments, and meeting logistics- Initiate research of prospects and qualify them- Establish and build relationships with contacts to develop leads- Engage in active listening with callers, confirm or clarify information, and address any questions they may have as needed- Utilize software, databases, and sales tools appropriately- Draft and negotiate proposals**Requirements**:- Must be a self-starter- No experience required, but previous sales experience welcome- Passion for the sales process- Knowledge of B2B sales and marketing tactics is a plus- Extremely curious; you love to read and learn new things- Highly organized people person, detail-oriented, and sees value in client success- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-energy environment- Extremely efficient using technology- Can work independently and be a team player when called upon- Positive attitude and constantly searching for areas of improvement**Schedule: Full-time 9-5 EST**- 8 hour shift- No nights- No weekendsPlease note excellent English with mínimal accent is requiredPay: ¢539,000.00 - ¢863,700.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you have experience in making 100+ cold calls per day?**Language**:- English (preferred)
