Position Summary : The Sales Insights Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting our organization by analyzing data, generating insights, and providing strategic recommendations to optimize our sales performance. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for sales to contribute to the growth and success of our organization. Job Responsibilities:This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Review and reconcile sales data systems to ensure on-going accuracy. Create and manipulate data into easy to understand analysis and overviews.Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics, such as revenue, sales pipeline, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.Provide analytical support to the field sales management team as needed.Create sales performance reports/dashboard to management and field sales.Maintain hierarchies and product matrixes so date can correlate within multiple systems. Physical Attributes: General office environment. May sit for extended periods of time.Physically able to bend, crouch, and reach continuously while performing required job tasks Utilize dexterity abilities to perform typing, operate a computer and other office equipment, to perform filing, and related job responsibilities and attention to detail competence. Physically able to spend significant time reading both on paper and on a computer. Minimum Qualifications: 1-3 years as a Sales Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within a sales or business development environment.Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, or a related field.Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, organize, and analyze large sets of data from diverse sources.Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or business intelligence software.Knowledge of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and salesforce automation tools.
