Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Salesforce Admin that also has a passion for emerging automation technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Salesforce.com admin and a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions across various domains. They will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives, optimizing workflows, and streamlining operations through innovative automation strategies while also supporting business users in achieving their goals.Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of Salesforce.com administration, including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, and workflowsConfigure Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, reports, dashboards, and workflows to optimize sales, customer service, and marketing operationsCollaborate with business analysts and developers to deliver changes and solve system issuesDevelop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales pipeline and other functional areasProvide training and support to Salesforce users to ensure proper utilization of the platform and adherence to best practicesDesign, develop, and deploy automated solutions using Generative AI, machine learning algorithms, and other technology to support business operationsConduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify areas for improvement and automationUtilize data-driven approaches to train and optimize machine learning models for automation tasksProvide technical expertise and support to troubleshoot issues and optimize automation workflowsStay updated on industry trends and advancements in automation technologies, particularly in Generative AI and machine learningDocument automation processes, workflows, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future referenceCollaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate third-party automation tools and solutions, as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field Master's degree preferredSalesforce Advanced Administrator certificationExperience with Salesforce.com configuration and delivering on custom development workFamiliarity with Salesforce Einstein AI capabilitiesExperience with related tools such as configure price quote (CPQ) and e-signatureStrong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks (eg, GANs) and machine learning libraries (eg, TensorFlow, PyTorch)Solid understanding of automation technologies, including robotic process automation (RPA) and natural language processing (NLP)Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teamsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAdditional InformationCulture at ExperianOur uniqueness is that we truly value yours.Experian's culture, people, and environments are key differentiators.
