You will work with our team to collaborate on specifications based on stakeholder requirements, validate the proposals, and deliver the solutions, keeping the wider organization's best interests in mind when working on the specified requirements. You will be supporting both TCS World Travel and Quark Expeditions businesses.**What you will be doing**:- Dive into hands-on configuration tasks, molding Salesforce features to fit our evolving needs. From user management to security settings, you'll craft custom solutions that optimize our CRM system.- Get creative in solving common challenges like data mapping and page layout design within the Salesforce ecosystem. Your innovative solutions will enhance user experience and efficiency.- Take charge of deploying work items, ensuring seamless transitions and thorough testing.
