Job responsibilities:
:Senior Leader of Consulting Engagements for: Blueprint, Roadmap, Health Check, Lightning, Governance, and Org Consolidation Salesforce Consulting assessments
:In charge of meeting facilitation
:Uncovers design issues early in the project lifecycle, shares implementation best practices, and recommends solution alternatives.
:In charge of weekly project status meetings
:Internal and External customer communication used to gather, guide, and document project and program requirements and expected results
:Documentation of all project stages, including but not limited to presentations, requirements, use cases, user stories, flows, program documentation and technical documentation
:Configuration of technical frameworks to meet assessment requirements, including but not limited to Salesforce.
:Experience working with customers to elicit and analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement Salesforce
:Must be willing to work with Developers as needed for complex customization
:Experience implementing Salesforce solutions using agile and waterfall methodology
Desired Skills and Competencies
:8+years project experience in a hands on technical leadership position
:In:depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application: Salesforce platform, Salesforce CPQ, Jitterbit integration and Model N
.
:Should have hands on development experience with Apex, Visual Force pages design, Triggers etc.
:Familiary with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools
:Should have hands on development experience with Service cloud platform and also work on service cloud CRM implementation.
:Knowledge of SalesForce integration patterns
:Multiple SalesForce project deployments including release and environment management
:Excellent Communication with Customer and Client.
Qualifications include:
:Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce service cloud platform.
:2 years in a Sr.Dev or Lead role
:Salesforce Certification Must:
: Salesforce Platform Developer I and II
: Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
