Your Responsibilities:
This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:
Responsible for investigating sanctions concerns identified as part of GSK sanctions screening processes and escalate risks and issues to the Sanctions Screening Manager.
Develop a deeper understanding of GSK Sanctions requirements and control framework.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex Data sets for opportunities to promote greater efficiencies within the sanctions screening processes.
Resolve and respond to queries from users and stakeholders within Service Level Agreements.
Liaise with designated point of contacts where additional information is required as part of the review process
Thorough documentation of the review supporting the decision to release, block/reject or escalate the activity for further review
Analysis of potential matches identified during Sanctions screening of GSK Master Data (customers, vendors and banks), and possible matches identified as part of GSK’s transactional screening.
Embed sanctions screening principles and processes across the organisation through delivery of targeted training.
Work closely with the globally dispersed Sanctions Screening Service and the wider Trade Compliance organisation
Ensure deadlines and record-keeping obligations established by the Sanctions Screening Service are met.
Adhere to regular controls and procedures to ensure that a zero-tolerance environment for sanctions breaches is maintained

Our Trade Compliance area characterizes by being GSK’s responsible to ensure compliance with all customs and trade regulations globally and minimize risk associated with non-compliance

Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:
Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar careers.
3+ years of experience in sanctions compliance processes and sanctions alerts investigation.
English level: advanced
Microsoft Teams knowledge (Word, Power Point, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications:
However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:
Financial Crime, Anti-money laundry, Compliance or Sanctions certifications.
SAP knowledge.
