The scope of the Data being analyzed will include areas throughout Supply Chain including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Shop Floor, Quality Inspection, Outbound Logistics, Inbound Logistics, Warehouse Management, Order Fulfillment, Backorder Management, and others. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Coordinates and integrates the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers.Conducts and/or oversees strategic supply chain analysis; Identifies and recommends opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain.Develops and implements supply chain designs, models, strategies and/or processes to improve the business.Perform quality assurance testing to verify the accuracy and integrity of the data analytics being developed. Must Have: Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree requiredMinimum of 3+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 1+ years of experienceStrong analytical, planning, Excel, and organizational skillsStrong communication skills (both verbally and in writing) with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate with business stakeholders.(B2+) Nice to Have Master's degree preferredExperience with Business and Data Analysis, Data Profiling, Data Migration, Data Conversion, Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Integration, and Metadata Management ServicesFamiliarity with multiple levels of enterprise applications supporting supply chain, including ERP, Advanced Planning, PLM/Data Governance, Data Visualization/Business Intelligence, Shop Floor, Warehouse Management, Regulatory/Trade, and othersBackground experience in SharePoint, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau Previous experience as a Supply or Demand PlannerSelf-starter and able to establish relationships and work with remote teams of professionals and able to work independently to achieve objectives.Solid communication skills and the ability to translate user/business requirements into formalized reports and data models.
