This is a remote opportunity based out of Costa Rica.**Duties and Responsibilities**- Facilitate scrum ceremonies.- Track scrum metrics to improve team efficiency.- Assist teams in overcoming challenges and blockers.- Drive software delivery initiatives for release and hotfix.**Qualifications**- Certified Scrum Master or equivalent experience- 2-3 years of Scrum Master and Delivery Manager experience- Experience working on hybrid projects involving on-prem and cloud components.- Fluent in English language.At Imprivata, we have a top-notch work environment, developmental opportunities, a competitive total rewards package, and the desire to have fun.
