Around 9,000 associates at 27 locations support national and international customers in more than 35 languages, primarily from the automotive, travel and transportation, and logistics sectors as well as information and communication technology. _**Job Description**:- Monitoring and analyzing search engine rankings, traffic, and other metrics to measure the success of SEO efforts- Optimize on-page elements such as title tag, meta description, URL, headings, images, internal links and more- Perform keyword research to identify high-value search phrases to drive qualified web traffic- Conducting regular technical SEO audits and identifying any issues that may be impacting search engine visibility- Implementing technical SEO strategies, such as implementing structured data, optimizing site architecture, and resolving crawl errors- Keeping up-to-date with latest SEO best practices/algorithms to ensure our websites are optimized for the latest search engine algorithms**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications or Computer Science fields- Skills/technical degree in marketing/digital is a plus- 1 year of experience in content marketing and/or search engine optimization (SEO)- Understanding of SEO best practices, algorithms, and ranking factors- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEM rush, Ahrefs, and Search Console- Familiarity with website development and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis- Exemplary organization and time management skills, combined with extreme attention to detail with respect to accuracy- English proficiency (90%)Additional Information
