We believe when money moves, better things happen.**Better requires process discipline and simplification**In this role, you will lead small implementation/integration projects or phases of a larger implementation/integration project. Assigned tasks might include research, analysis, documentation, design/develop testing, problem resolution, training, status reporting, full life-cycle implementation, and post-rollout review/audit. You will be responsible to monitor/evaluate implementation progress, maintain project documentation and develop presentations for communication. Creating process flows, conduct testing, recognizing areas of improvement, analyze solutions and makes recommendations for resolution are among the tasks the position will perform. You must be comfortable dealing with data from multiple sources.For this role you must be proficient in tools/software like Excel, PowerPoint, LucidChart and others. Shall be able to generate and share insights through his/her own data analysis.You will show ability to work independently, present to managers and above your results and influence others to reach the company targets. Have general knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Agile frameworks.
