**Senior Analyst, Strategic Sourcing- Santa Ana Costa Rica**Are you interested in joining a globally diverse organization where our unique contributions are recognized and celebrated, allowing each of us to thrive Then, it's time to join Western Union as a **Senior Analyst, Strategic Sourcing.****Western Union powers your pursuit.****Role Responsibilities**:- Demonstrate exceptional expertise and proficiency within the contract management discipline.- Act as a key contributor and ambassador in continuously developing and improving Third-Party Labor's related procedures, systems, communications, and training.- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with GSP team members, WU Legal, and WU business units engaged in Third-Party Labor administration activities.- Oversee, Evaluate, review statements of work, letters of authorization, non-disclosure agreements and other legal documents supporting multiple internal lines of business to ensure compliance with WU policies and applicable laws and regulations.- Govern the VMS databases and repositories of supplier agreements.- Ensure compliance within Third-Party Labor with WU compliance and internal audit.- Assist WU Legal in the regular updating of WU standard contract templates; Provide recommendations to ensure templates are meeting business needs.**Role Requirements**:- Knowledge of contract law, terms and conditions, and applicable regulations, laws, and policies- Excellent analytical and assessment skills including the ability to summarize results and communicate conclusions concisely.- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of employees, management, vendors, partners and third parties.- English Proficiency.**We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
