This is an exciting role that will present the challenge of maximizing the learning platform to support the continued development of our people and our learning culture.**Key Responsibilities**Content Curation:- Collaborate and consult with teams to identify skill gaps and learning needs for different employee groups, practices, and roles- Create curated playlists and learning paths, from both internal and external content libraries, that guide employees through relevant content in a sensical order- Map content to career progression, providing employees with a clear learning path for professional growth- Focus on creating a user-friendly experience, allowing employees to navigate through the content seamlessly- Work closely with content providers and vendors to stay informed about new offeringsUser Support and Training:- Provide user support by addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to content- Develop and deliver training materials for usersAnalytics and Reporting:- Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor employee engagement with curated content- Collect feedback to refine and improve content selection and delivery- Use data insights to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of success- Make data-driven recommendations to enhance the effectiveness and completeness of contentContinuous Improvement:- Regularly review the effectiveness of curated content, updating it based on changing business needs, industry trends, and employee feedback- Stay abreast of new content offerings from third-party providers to ensure our learning resources remain current and relevant and proactively make recommendations on skill-based offerings for the firm- Strong project management skills of cross-functional teams to oversee the implementation of solutions and improvements**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as human resources, education, instructional design, information technology, or similar preferred- 5+ years of related experience, content curation in a corporate learning environment preferred- Experience working with various learning content libraries, i.e., Udemy, Pluralsight- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking abilities- Strong written and oral communication - must be able to work well and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical resources- Desire to learn and continuously improve- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum sprint-based environment; understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology concepts, techniques, and ceremonies preferred- Ability to multi-task and demonstrate a strong desire to take on new tasks and learn new things- Ability to analyze, understand, and prioritize business problems- Work experience in management/technology consulting or professional services industries preferred- Think you have what it takes?_ Join our team and make us better!
