You conduct yourself confidently and respectfully with colleagues at all levels, and value building strong relationships across the organization.**Role description**- Support and provide inputs into financial processes such as month end, forecast, budget, and strategic planning.- Provide ongoing visibility to performance vs expectation and support management in identifying and managing risks and opportunities.- Develop, consolidate, and maintain line of sight into the business unit P&L, as a key contributor to forecast, month-end, and budget reviews with finance leadership teams.- Provide decision support to finance and business teams through ad-hoc analysis and financial modelling to drive better decisions and results.- Deliver insight to the business through advanced data analytics and automation.- Develop new tools, dashboards, and processes to drive scalable analysis and insight.- Collaborate with functional leaders across the business.- Continuously focus on and implement process improvements, utilizing RPA and the centralized finance hub where possible.- Build relationships and collaborate across multiple teams to achieve impactful results.**Qualifications**:Applicants must meet the following requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience. Master's in business administration, Certified Public Accountant, or Certified Management accountant preferred.- 4+ years of progressive experience in Finance.- Strong business partnering skills with a focus on customer service and responsiveness, preferably experience supporting other finance professionals.- Experience with month end processes and reporting, and P&L analysis/variance explanations.- Experience running Forecast and Budget processes.- Experience presenting and partnering with Senior Leader levels.- Strong Excel skills required. Experience/knowledge of financial systems and tools including OBIEE, Hyperion Planning/Essbase and SmartView preferred.
