Edwards is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management focused on the Scrum Master Role. As a part of the Global IT Organization, you will lead up to 4 scrum teams delivering value to our internal customers. As the Scrum Team lead, you will work with the Scrum team as its servant leader by ensuring impediments are addressed and mitigated promptly.You should have success in leading teams in all Scrum ceremonies and be able to coach the Team to improve continuously. You should be committed to the scrum values and practices and remain flexible and open to opportunities for the Team to enhance their workflow.You will work closely with the Product Owners, Business Partners, Internal IT Delivery Leads, and other Stakeholders across multiple time zones to ensure the teams have support, clarity, and opportunities to be successful.Innovation starts from the heart. Value delivery is key for our organization.Promote out of the box thinking.**What you'll need (required)**:Bachelor's degree or Master´s degreeExtensive background with project and program management processes, techniques, and methodologies.
